Lily Pads Heavy Cloth Pads make a fantastic daytime or nighttime pad. Our Heavy Pads are a bit longer than our Moderate Pads measuring 11" long. They feature our signature wrap wings and are backed in water-resistant fleece. Inside is two layers of Zorb®, the leading brand of super-absorbent fabrics. It is thin, hypo-allergenic, and insanely absorbent!
